Company Profile
Founded in 1995 as a boat detailing company, Maritime established itself as a boat service provider.
In that same year, Maritime acquired Croix Marine Canvas expanding services to include Custom Marine Canvas Repair and Fabrication. Croix Marine Canvas becomes Maritime Marine Canvas.
Founder Chris Ridgway and his Mother Kit Rigway attend the Custom Marine Canvas School in Marblehead Ohio and shift Maritime Inc. focus away from detailing to focus on marine canvas.
Custom Marine Canvas led to jobs in uphostery as well as industrial contract sewing.
We have developed a line of common marine canvas accessories that can be ordered with customized specifications online, manufactured in our facility and sent to the customer in a matter of days.
